The hardware and software brands Kaizen Star supplies, installs, and supports across Dubai and the UAE.
Every deployment starts with the client's requirements, not a default brand. These nine vendors cover most of our new installations - Fortinet and Sophos for firewalls, Ubiquiti UniFi for enterprise WiFi, Hikvision and Dahua for CCTV, ZKTeco for biometric access control, Veeam and Acronis for backup, and VMware for virtualization - alongside Cisco, Dell, HPE, and other brands scoped per project.

Which vendors does Kaizen Star work with?
Kaizen Star's core deployed vendor range covers nine brands with dedicated pages on this site - Fortinet and Sophos for network firewalls, Ubiquiti UniFi for enterprise WiFi, Hikvision and Dahua for CCTV and IP surveillance, ZKTeco for biometric access control, Veeam and Acronis for backup, and VMware for virtualization - plus Cisco, Dell, and HPE across broader infrastructure work scoped per project. Vendor choice is scoped from the client's requirements first, not defaulted to one brand.
Supply, installation, and support by category
Fortinet
Next-generation firewalls (FortiGate) with SD-WAN, VPN, and centralised multi-branch management. Sized against real throughput and inspection load, not headcount alone.
Fortinet Firewall Dubai →Ubiquiti UniFi
Enterprise WiFi with centralised controller management, VLAN segmentation, and multi-site control - without a mandatory per-device licence fee.
Ubiquiti UniFi UAE →Hikvision
IP CCTV cameras across turret, bullet, dome, PTZ, and ANPR ranges, with NVR storage sized to your retention requirement and Hik-Connect remote monitoring.
Hikvision CCTV Dubai →ZKTeco
Biometric fingerprint and face-recognition access control that doubles as staff attendance logging, from single-door to multi-panel deployments.
ZKTeco Access Control Dubai →Sophos
XG/XGS firewalls with Sophos Central integration and Security Heartbeat, suited to businesses standardising their whole security stack on one vendor.
Sophos Firewall Dubai →Dahua
IP CCTV with onboard WizSense analytics available on many mid-range models without a separate licence - a cost-effective alternative to Hikvision.
Dahua CCTV Dubai →Veeam
Image-based VM backup and replication with instant recovery and immutable repositories, purpose-built for VMware/Hyper-V environments.
Veeam Backup Dubai →Acronis
Cyber Protect bundles backup with built-in anti-ransomware in one agent, scaling down well to smaller environments with mostly physical servers.
Acronis Backup UAE →VMware
vSphere/ESXi host clusters with vMotion and HA failure tolerance, sized against your VM inventory rather than a generic per-user ratio.
VMware Virtualization Dubai →Why we don't default to one brand across every project
A firewall vendor's own sales material always recommends more of that vendor's product - that's not useful guidance for a client trying to decide what they actually need. We scope firewalls, WiFi, CCTV, and access control from the client's branch count, budget, and specific feature requirements first, then match a vendor to that scope. Each vendor page linked above explains where that specific brand fits best and where an alternative might suit better.
We also take over support for existing installations from other integrators regardless of brand, and mix brands within one site when a client's existing stack calls for it.
Also deployed, scoped per project

Technology partner questions
Which hardware and software vendors does Kaizen Star support?
Our core deployed vendor range includes Fortinet (firewalls), Ubiquiti UniFi (enterprise WiFi), Hikvision (CCTV), and ZKTeco (biometric access control), alongside Cisco, Sophos, VMware, Dell, and HPE across our broader infrastructure work. This page covers the four vendors with dedicated supply, installation, and support pages.
Do you only install these four brands, or can you work with what we already have?
We take over support for existing installations from other integrators regularly, regardless of brand, and mix brands within one site when it makes sense. These four vendors are simply where most of our new deployments land, based on feature set, licensing cost, and UAE parts/support availability.
How does Kaizen Star choose which vendor to recommend for a project?
We scope from the client's requirements first - branch count, budget, existing stack, and specific features needed - then match a vendor to that scope. We don't default to one brand across every proposal; each vendor page explains where that brand fits best and where an alternative might suit better.
Can you migrate us from one vendor to another?
Yes. Vendor migration is a common project type. We document the existing configuration, plan a cutover window that avoids disrupting operations, and handle licensing and data migration where the old and new platforms support it.
Not sure which vendor fits your project?
Share your requirements - branch count, budget, existing stack - and a Kaizen Star engineer will recommend the right vendor before any work starts.
